Have a Smoothie Day. Add Spinach or other green leafy vegetables if you desire.
You may also consider a fruit day or a vegetable day. Bananas make an excellent baseMake your meals beautiful, tasty and appealing. (See examples of mine on the slide show).
Use a variety of fresh herbs and spices.
Eat several small meals and snacks throughout the day. A piece of fruit, a few raw nuts, a small salad, raisins etc., are good. Salsa, Avocado and spinach dips are very tasty, filling and add variety. Red and Yellow Bell Peppers are excellent for dipping.
Consider mixing raisins, nuts and seeds with a dash of cayenne pepper and organic sea salt. This will give you a quick pick me up if needed.
Make your own dressings. I will include some of my favorites on the recipe page. You can find others on the internet and in the wide array of published books, tapes, CDs, and DVDs on raw/living foods.
Be sure to eat enough food to properly nourish your body. Eat until you are satified rather than full.
Experiment, Experiment, Experiment!
